SEARs issued for major Erskine Park distribution centre

Goodman Property Services has received Secretary’s Environmental Assessment Requirements (SEARs) for a proposed large-scale warehouse and distribution centre at 35-44 Sarah Andrews Close, Erskine Park. The project is planned within the Interlink Distribution Estate and is classified as State Significant Development.

The proposal includes a 43,150 sqm facility comprising a 42,000 sqm warehouse and a 1,110 sqm ancillary office. The development will operate 24 hours, with 176 car parking spaces, landscaping, and hardstand areas on an 8.66-hectare site.

The project is progressing under the State Significant Development pathway due to its scale and estimated cost exceeding $50 million. The site is zoned IN1 General Industrial and is subject to biodiversity constraints.
