A set of architectural plans for the proposed hospital expansion.

The proposal involves demolishing several existing dwellings to consolidate the site and enable construction of the new hospital wing. The expanded facility will include a new emergency department and medical accommodation, with three basement levels for parking and new vehicular access from Urunga Parade. The development also features landscaping works and the planting of 11 new trees.

No rezoning or floor space ratio uplift is proposed, but the new building will reach a height of 36 metres. The project addresses heritage, wind, social impact, and geotechnical constraints, with input from a broad consultant team. The application remains on exhibition, with determination pending.
