The approved development will provide nearly 99,000 sqm of gross floor area across two warehouses, supporting significant employment during both construction and operation. The site retains its existing C2 Environmental Conservation and E4 General Industrial zoning, with a proposed maximum building height of 16.8 metres. No residential dwellings or affordable housing are included in the scheme.
A Voluntary Planning Agreement forms part of the approval, requiring $9.51 million in Biodiversity Offset Credits to be retired. The project addresses a range of site constraints, including bushfire, flood, biodiversity, heritage, noise, contamination, and water management considerations.
