$100m Carlingford mixed-use project wins approval

Carlingford has secured approval for a State significant mixed-use development, with the NSW Government endorsing two nine-storey buildings on Moseley and Donald streets.

The project will deliver 136 apartments, including 30 affordable dwellings to be managed by a registered community housing provider for at least 15 years, aligning with Housing SEPP provisions .

In addition, the scheme includes a 76-place centre-based child care facility, supporting local demand for early education and family services. Three basement levels will provide on-site parking for residents and the child care centre.

Located within the City of Parramatta, the development sits in a designated high-density residential area and forms part of broader planning efforts to increase housing supply in well-serviced locations.
