Construction of a 14 storey mixed use development with approximately 186 units and 13% affordable housing.

Rezoning, construction of a residential flat building, and concept approval for renewal and expansion of an existing club beneath residential accommodation
Mixed Use at 325 – 329 Old Northern Rd & 2 Brisbane Rd Castle Hill
Shop top housing development – 148 apartments comprising a 3-storey mixed use (commercial and residential) podium and a 22-storey residential tower. Development includes an urban plaza and at least 5% affordable apartments.
Wagga South Battery Energy Storage System
Construction, operation, and decommissioning of a battery energy storage system (BESS) with a capacity of up to 300 MW / 1200 MWh, and ancillary infrastructure.

Baulkham Hills Battery Energy Storage System
Construction and operation of a high voltage (HV) Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) comprising of 30 lithium-ion battery containers with a capacity of up to 43 megawatts (MW)/170 megawatt hours (MWh) and associated infrastructure.
Guildford West Battery Energy Storage System
Construction, operation, and decommissioning of a battery energy storage system (BESS) with a capacity of 85 MW/340 MWh and ancillary infrastructure.

Lourdes Retirement Village Killara
Proposed redevelopment of the Lourdes Retirement Village, including refurbishment of the existing residential care facility and construction of new independent living unit buildings with resident facilities.
