Kogarah Town Centre Concept SSD
Concept State Significant Development Application for a mixed-use development development, directly adjacent to Kogarah Station, including residential dwellings (with affordable housing), retail and commercial floorspace across three towers.
Kemps Creek Cemetery Expansion
Expansion of Kemps Creek Cemetery, including 8000 additional burial plots.
Berry Park Seniors Housing
913 seniors dwellings, serviced apartments, ancillary works and facilities.
Mixed use development at 15 Blue St, North Sydney
Construction of a 30 storey mixed use development, comprising retail floor space and 200 residential apartments. A new entry to North Sydney train station, public domain improvements and a new publicly accessible plaza is also proposed.
KC1 Data Centre, Kemps Creek
Construction and operation of a four storey data centre building with a total power consumption of 144 MW including an electrical substation, cooling plant and equipment, backup diesel generators and diesel storage, internal roads and landscaping.
641- 655A Pacific Highway, Chatswood
Construction of two 34-storey mixed use towers with shop top housing including affordable housing, two storeys of non-residential floor space, landscaping, open space and basement parking.
Sailors Bay Road & Baringa Road Northbridge
Construction of an 8 storey seniors housing development comprising approximately 150 ILUs and a RCF with approximately 50 beds, basement parking, communal facilities and ground floor non-residential uses.

Part demolition and part adaptive reuse of the existing building and construction of a residential flat building comprising approximately 203 apartments.
Mixed Use Development 184 Fifth Ave Austral
Construction of Mixed-Use Development comprising 2 buildings with 445 dwellings, a centre based childcare facility, gym, retail floor space and basement parking. Public domain works along Scalabrini Creek.
Mixed-use development at 5 Blue Street, North Sydney
Adaptive reuse and conversion of an existing commercial building into a 14-storey mixed-use development, comprising ground floor retail, 62 apartments, 86 co-living housing units and refurbishment of Blue Street Plaza.
Bobs Farm Sand Quarry
Sand extraction project that would up to 530,000 tonnes on sand per year for up to 10 years. The project would involve dry sand extraction only with no extraction at or below the groundwater table.

Construction and operation of an expansion to an existing data centre.
