Residential Flat Building 8-18 Innesdale Rd Wolli Creek
The current application proposes the demolition of existing structures and construction of a residential flat building including one combined podium and two towers of approximately 18 storeys (60m height) at 8-18 Innesdale Rd Wolli Creek, delivering approximately 160 dwellings with 10% affordable housing.
Residential Flat Building-15-19 Essex St, Epping
The current application proposes a 12-storey residential flat building development at 15, 17 & 19 Essex Street, Epping, comprising 130 dwellings including 7.5% affordable housing in perpetuity beyond the base LMR FSR of 2.2:1.
Byfield Street and Lyonpark Road TOD
The application proposes a concept approval for a mixed-use residential and commercial development across the entire site with three residential towers ranging from 41 to 48 storeys, and detailed Stage 1 works for Building A, a 41-storey residential building with about 336 dwellings and associated podium uses. The development includes 5% affordable housing and incorporates public domain improvements such as recreation areas and riparian corridors.
Seniors housing at 1340 The Horsley Drive & 28 Gallipoli Street, Bossley Park
The application proposes construction of a three-storey seniors housing development comprising 153 independent living units at Bossley Park, including 8 affordable dwellings to be provided for at least 15 years.
170 Willmington Road, Luddenham – Subdivision
The application proposes a staged Torrens title subdivision of 12.35ha at 170 Willmington Road, Luddenham, creating eight lots (six development lots and two infrastructure lots), construction of public roads and Sydney Water stormwater infrastructure, bulk earthworks, and essential services augmentation to facilitate future agribusiness development supporting the Western Sydney Aerotropolis vision.

The current application proposes the Airlink Estate full development for warehouse or distribution centres.
Shop Top Housing at 309 King St, 34-38 Union St, Newcastle West
The application proposes a mixed use development with shop top housing comprising 192 dwellings, including 10% affordable housing, at King St and Union St, Newcastle West.
Mixed use development at 15 Blue St, North Sydney
The current application proposes a 35-storey mixed-use tower development at 15 Blue Street, North Sydney, comprising 147 residential apartments and approximately 730m2 of retail floor space with significant public benefits including a new entry to North Sydney train station, public domain improvements, and a new publicly accessible plaza, alongside structural enhancements to the station and a monetary contribution towards affordable housing.
Mixed-Use Development – 1294-1300 Pittwater Road & 2-4 Albert Street, Narrabeen
The current application proposes a mixed-use development at 1294-1300 Pittwater Road and 2-4 Albert Street, Narrabeen, comprising demolition of existing structures excluding a heritage item, rezoning to increase building height to approximately 32m, and construction of two residential flat buildings of seven and nine storeys with approximately 105 dwellings including 3% affordable housing and ground floor non-residential uses.
Blaikie Road Spotlight, Jamisontown
The application proposes the construction of a warehouse and distribution centre at 121-133 Blaikie Road, Jamisontown, to serve as a key component of the Spotlight Group's supply chain, supporting approximately 80 Spotlight Group stores across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
Mixed Use 123-139 Alison Rd & 11 Elizabeth Ln, Randwick
The current application proposes a 22-storey mixed-use development with 182 apartments, including 15% affordable housing for 15 years, ground floor commercial tenancies, associated basement parking, and a new pocket park at 123-139 Alison Road and 11 Elizabeth Lane, Randwick.

Menangle Road Camden, Affordable Housing
The current application proposes to develop approximately 95 new social and affordable housing dwellings on surplus NSW Government land at No.72 and No's 82-86 Menangle Road, Camden, through rezoning to R3 Medium Density Residential and introducing site-specific controls.
Residential Flat Building (Early works) – 122 Herring Rd Macquarie Park
The current application (Amending Early Works SSD) seeks consent to subdivide Lot 1 DP1310007 at 122 Herring Road Macquarie Park into two separate lots (Lot 100 comprising Morling College and Site B, and Lot 101 for the expansion of a new road), and to partially surrender the Concept Approval LDA2022/0394 so it no longer applies to Lot 1 except for the new road land, including removal of building envelopes from Lot 1. No physical works are proposed in this application; construction consent will be sought via a future Main Works SSD application.
Mixed use development at 271-273 Alfred St
The current application proposes a 37-storey mixed-use shop-top housing development at 271-273 Alfred Street, North Sydney, including demolition of existing low-rise commercial structures and construction of approximately 100 new dwellings with 15% affordable housing, enabled by rezoning the site from E2 Commercial Centre to MU1 Mixed Use with increased height and floor space ratio limits.
TOD – 35-51 Nicholson Street, Wollstonecraft
The application proposes demolition of existing structures and construction of a 12-storey 'co-living housing' development comprising 449 private rooms with communal facilities for purpose-built student accommodation at 35-51 Nicholson Street, Wollstonecraft.
Kamay Battery Energy Storage System
The Kamay Battery Energy Storage System project proposes to construct and operate a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) with a capacity of up to 150 MW and 300 MWh (2-hour duration) at the existing Kurnell 132 kV Zone Substation in Kurnell, NSW. The project includes installation of battery containers, ancillary infrastructure, and a 33 kV underground cable connection to the substation.
Residential development with in-fill affordable housing, 2-6 Conway Avenue, 15-15A Fernleigh Avenue & 38-40 Carlisle Street, Rose Bay
The current SSD application proposes the construction of an 8-storey residential flat building comprising 70 dwellings including 17 affordable housing units (24%), with associated site preparation works, landscaping, communal open space, and 2-3 level basement car parking at Rose Bay.

The application proposes refurbishment of Leichhardt Oval to upgrade the western grandstand, construct a new northern grandstand, improve accessibility and amenities, and replace seating with no change to overall spectator capacity.
