The State Significant Development application proposes a master-planned residential community on a 9.29-hectare site at Lot 3 DP 1263883. The dwellings would be delivered as manufactured homes in two, three and four-bedroom configurations.
The proposal includes community facilities, landscaping, internal car parking and associated site works. A total of 364 car spaces are proposed, comprising 310 resident spaces and 54 additional spaces across the site.
