This map displays the largest development activity reported each week, including:

• State Significant Developments (SSD) — new, exhibited, and recently determined projects
• Major Development Applications ($30m+)
• Construction Starts — projects that broke ground this week
• Occupation Certificates & Near-Completions — projects close to finishing

Each pin represents an individual project, with its location, value (if public), and a short description.

This map is compiled weekly from the NSW Department of Planning’s public registers and curated by Urban Digest. It reflects all key project movements captured in this week’s Urban Digest Weekly.
