393-Apartment Castle Hill Proposal Listed for Fishburn Crescent

A $315.9 million residential flat building proposal in Castle Hill is listed on exhibition, with plans for 393 apartments across three buildings at 2 Fishburn Crescent.

The State Significant Development application proposes three residential buildings above three levels of car parking. The scheme includes 25 affordable housing apartments, representing 5% affordable housing, within a broader residential development on a 1.42-hectare site.

The project has a gross floor area of 58,215 square metres and is expected to support 775 construction jobs and 15 operational jobs.

The site is zoned SP2 Infrastructure and R4 High Density Residential, with the proposal identified as permissible with consent under the current planning controls.

The application has attracted 22 submissions, including 17 objections, one submission of support and four comments.
