Seniors Housing
Seniors Housing development comprising a Residential Aged Care Facility and Independent Living Units, including affordable rental housing.
Hunter and Macquarie Street Mixed Use Development
Demolition of existing structures and construction of a mixed use development consisting of a podium and two tower form, including shop top housing, commercial and community facility uses and student accommodation.
Mixed Use Development 923-935 Bourke St Waterloo
The current application proposes a mixed-use development at 923-935 Bourke Street, Waterloo, comprising approximately 265-290 dwellings including around 7.5% affordable housing, along with commercial premises such as a supermarket, retail, and office spaces. The development includes a tower of up to 30-38 storeys and additional buildings up to 9 and 12 storeys, seeking a concurrent rezoning to permit increased height and floor space ratio.
Waterloo Estate (South) – Stage 2, Building 2D
The current application (Stage 2, Building 2D) proposes the construction of an eight-storey building with one basement level containing approximately 94 social housing dwellings, including about 49 seniors independent living units, along with site preparation, soil remediation, excavation, and public domain upgrades within the Waterloo Estate (South) redevelopment.
Karangi Battery Energy Storage System
The current application proposes the construction, operation, and decommissioning of the Karangi Battery Energy Storage System, a 240 MW / 960 MWh battery energy storage facility with 4 hours of storage duration, located near Coffs Harbour, NSW, including associated infrastructure like a project substation and grid connection works to the existing Transgrid 330 kV substation.
1-15 Byrnes, 31-41 O’Hara St & 31-41 Central Av, Marrickville
The current application proposes demolition of existing structures and construction of a new residential flat building and terrace housing in Marrickville, including public domain upgrades and affordable housing.
Wickham In-fill Affordable Housing
The application proposes a nine-storey in-fill affordable housing development with 70 residential units and two commercial units, co-funded by Homes NSW under the Housing Australia Future Fund, on a 1,596 m2 site in Wickham.
Barca Metals RRF Razorback
The current application proposes to increase the annual resource recovery capacity of the existing metal recycling facility at 400 Picton Road, Razorback from 80,000 tonnes per year to 360,000 tonnes per year, without construction of new buildings or additional infrastructure beyond that already approved.

Mixed use development with in-fill affordable housing – 277 The Grand Parade, Ramsgate Beach
The application proposes an eight-storey mixed use development at 277 The Grand Parade, Ramsgate Beach, including three basement levels, a ground floor supermarket and retail tenancy, and seven residential floors with a total of 70 apartments, of which 15 are affordable housing units. This development amends a prior approval by adding two additional residential storeys and 20 more apartments, and includes minor changes to finished floor levels and building design.
Shelbourne Hotel – 200-202 Sussex Street, Sydney
The current application seeks development consent for the refurbishment of the Shelbourne Hotel and construction of an approximate 80m tall tower above to provide tourist and visitor accommodation. The project includes retaining and restoring the existing heritage facades, with 140 hotel rooms across 15 levels, ancillary hotel facilities, a new outdoor deck activating the street front, and a rooftop bar.
Mamre Road Data Centre Campus
The current application proposes the staged construction and operation of the Mamre Road Data Centre Campus at 706-752 Mamre Road, Kemps Creek, comprising multiple purpose-built data centre buildings with substantial technical data halls, ancillary office space, and supporting infrastructure, including backup generators, fuel storage, and battery storage.

Bullecourt Avenue, Milperra- Early Works & Stage 1
The current application seeks approval for early works and Stage 1 of a new residential community at 2 and 2A Bullecourt Avenue, Milperra, including tree removal, remediation of contaminated lands, creation of super lots and residential lots, and construction of 22 dwelling houses fronting Ashford Avenue to connect to existing infrastructure.
Sundown Solar Farm
The Sundown Solar Farm application proposes the construction and operation of a large-scale solar photovoltaic electricity generation facility with approximately 360 MW (AC) capacity, along with a battery energy storage system of approximately 150 MW (AC) with four-hour storage capacity, located at Spring Mountain near Inverell in NSW. The development footprint has been revised, reducing from about 651 hectares to 525 hectares, and the project will operate for approximately 35 years, including concurrent sheep grazing and eventual site decommissioning back to agricultural use.
Homebush Battery Energy Storage System
The application proposes the construction, operation, and maintenance of the Homebush Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) with a 200 MW capacity and 2-hour duration (400 MWh) adjacent to the existing Ausgrid Mason Park sub-transmission switching station in Homebush, NSW, including containerised battery units, ancillary buildings, and a 33 kV underground cable connection.
