$68m Campsie HDA Housing Proposal Enters Exhibition

A $68.2 million HDA housing proposal in Campsie is now on exhibition, with plans for 116 apartments and a ground floor child care centre at 26-30 Campsie Street and 1 Assets Street.

The State Significant Development application, lodged by NASCON Pty Ltd, proposes a gross floor area of 11,648 square metres on a 1,722 square metre site within the R4 High Density Residential zone.

The scheme includes 12 affordable dwellings, representing 10% of the total, and is permissible with consent under HDA EOI Number 274386.
