A $79.5 million HDA housing project at 2 and 2A Bullecourt Avenue, Milperra has been approved, covering early works and the first stage of a residential subdivision. The State Significant Development application allows for site remediation, tree removal, and subdivision to create super lots and 62 residential lots.
The approved works also include construction of new roads and three parks within the 19.64 hectare site. The project will deliver 62 dwellings with a total gross floor area of 11,880 square metres. No affordable housing component is included in this stage.
The application was lodged by Mirvac Residential (NSW) Developments Pty Ltd and is expected to generate around 160 construction jobs. No operational jobs are identified at this stage.
The project received four submissions during exhibition, including one objection and one in support. The determination was made on 7 August 2026.
