The State Significant Development concept application, lodged by IFM Investors, seeks approval for a single hospital building with ancillary uses, totalling 33,253 sqm of gross floor area. No residential dwellings are proposed.
The scheme includes three basement levels with 264 car spaces. The proposal estimates 280 construction jobs and 970 operational jobs.
The site is zoned SP2 Infrastructure, with hospital use permissible with consent. The application follows four State Design Review Panel sessions held between 2022 and 2025.
