$87m Rose Bay 8-Storey Housing Project Enters Exhibition

An $87 million State Significant Development proposal in Rose Bay is now on exhibition, seeking approval for an 8-storey residential building across a 3,105 sqm site spanning Conway Avenue, Fernleigh Avenue and Carlisle Street in Woollahra Municipality.

The application, lodged by Two Conway Pty Ltd, proposes demolition of existing dwellings and construction of a new residential flat building with 70 apartments, associated landscaping, services and basement car parking.

The scheme identifies 15% of floor space, or approximately 17 dwellings, as affordable housing. The proposed building would reach 28.6 metres in height and achieve a floor space ratio of 2.86:1.

The project is being assessed as State Significant Development, with the application now open for public submissions.
