The State Significant Development application, lodged by NASCON Pty Ltd, proposes a gross floor area of 11,648 square metres on a 1,722 square metre site within the R4 High Density Residential zone.
The scheme includes 12 affordable dwellings, representing 10% of the total, and is permissible with consent under HDA EOI Number 274386.

The project is expected to generate 136 construction jobs and 24 ongoing operational jobs. Details on building height, storeys, and parking provision have not been disclosed in the exhibition material.
