Camden 2,100-Dwelling Tower Proposal Enters Exhibition

A mixed-use housing proposal in Camden is now on exhibition, with plans for eight buildings ranging from 24 to 30 storeys and a maximum height of 96 metres at the Leppington Civic Centre site.

The State Significant Development application seeks approval for approximately 2,100 residential apartments, along with 25,000 square metres of retail and commercial space and around 6,500 square metres of open space.

The proposal would deliver one of the largest residential projects in the area by dwelling count and building height, with all buildings exceeding 24 storeys.
