The approved scheme comprises 78 apartments—primarily three-bedroom dwellings—across 12 storeys, with three levels of basement parking for 71 cars. The development includes 1,211 sqm of communal open space, a 37% tree canopy, and the planting of 12 new trees.
Assessed as a State Significant Development and located in the Crows Nest Accelerated TOD Precinct, the project is subject to a Voluntary Planning Agreement requiring a monetary contribution equivalent to 3% of the residential GFA to Council for affordable housing.
