39-Storey Mixed Use Tower Proposed for Crows Nest

A State Significant Development application for a 39-storey mixed use tower at 402-420 Pacific Highway, Crows Nest, is now on public exhibition. The proposal, lodged by X Quantum Pty Ltd, would deliver a substantial new residential and commercial project adjacent to the Crows Nest Metro Station.

The development seeks approval for demolition, site preparation, and construction of a 39-storey building comprising 254 apartments, ground floor retail, commercial space, and four levels of basement. The project has an estimated gross floor area of 30,638 square metres.

The application is being assessed as a State Significant Development due to its scale and strategic location within the Crows Nest Transit Oriented Development Accelerated Precinct. The proposal aims to support NSW Government housing targets and urban renewal objectives for the area.
