Shop Top Housing at 98, 98A and 100 Forest Road Hurstville
A 17 storey shop top housing development providing 114 apartments (including 10 affordable housing apartments) and ground floor commercial area.
Rozelle Bay – Early Works Phase 1
Proposed development comprising a range of preparatory and early works to facilitate a future public promenade along the Rozelle Bay foreshore, including demolition, remediation, restoration or revetment and seawall, and heritage retention works.
Eraring Site Decommissioning Project
The project involves the decommissioning of built infrastructure at Eraring Power Station, rehabilitation of the landform, ongoing resource recovery from the Eraring ash dam and other ancillary development.

Kurri Kurri Data Centre
Construction, fit-out and operation of a data centre with a total power consumption of 540 megawatts (MW), located at the former Hydro Aluminium Kurri Kurri plant.
Concord, Victoria and George St Concord West
Concept masterplan for the site comprising of 7 residential flat buildings, construction of and use to two of the residential flat buildings, site flood mitigation, and associated works.
Residential Flat Building 161 Herring Rd Mac Park
300 total dwellings, over two towers that are 36 and 14 storeys tall, with 15% of GFA dedicated to affordable housing for a period of 15 years. Concurrent rezoning to permit additional height and density on the subject site.
Mixed Use Development at Green Square Town Centre – Sites 7,17 and 18
Site establishment, construction of 504 build-to-rent residential dwellings (including 60 affordable), retail/commercial premises, car and bike parking, basement for waste and servicing, public domain works and landscaping, with a concurrent rezoning
NEXTDC S4 Data Centre Phase 2, Horsley Park
Construction and operation of a data centre facility with a maximum power consumption of 134.4 megawatts comprising of two data centre buildings, plant and equipment, diesel storage and associated site infrastructure.

Demolition of existing building and construction of a 7-8 storey mixed use development with ground/lower floor commercial, key worker housing and public open space.
Rix’s Creek North Continuation Project
Continuation of mining operations at the Rix’s Creek North Mine until 2049
Temora Battery Energy Storage System
Construction, operation, and decommissioning of a battery energy storage system (BESS) with a capacity of 80MW/364MWh and ancillary infrastructure.
