Amendment to existing approved mixed-use development (SSD-80432461) to increase height of the two towers to 32 and 40 storeys above podium, providing an additional 170 apartments including 20% affordable housing for 15 years.
RFB, Flide & Kingsway Caringbah
Construction of a 22-storey residential flat building consisting of 268 units, 8% of residential GFA for the purposes of affordable housing and associated site works.

Balala Wind Farm
Development of a wind farm with up to 60 turbines, battery storage and associated infrastructure
Ashfords Road Data Centre, Gregadoo
Construction and 24/7 operation of a data centre campus, comprising four buildings and a total power consumption of up to 1.4 gigawatts (GW). The proposal would also include an accompanying amendment to the Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010.

Cement Australia Port Kembla Terminal Upgrade
