Rozelle Bay Concept and Rezoning Proposal
Concurrent Concept and Rezoning Proposal to establish a planning framework for the redevelopment of Rozelle Bay to create a mixed-use, transport-oriented precinct comprising up to 3,000 dwellings and activated public domain.

Kurri Kurri Integrated Resource Recovery Centre
The current application seeks approval to expand the Kurri Kurri Resource Recovery Facility, increasing its waste processing capacity from 90,000 to 450,000 tonnes per annum, allowing on-site storage of up to 40,000 tonnes, extending operating hours to 24/7, and constructing new supporting infrastructure including offices, weighbridges, covered storage, a residual waste recovery plant, and a metals processing area.
