The approved development includes 281 dwellings, with 29 designated as affordable housing—representing 15% of the total—managed for a 15-year period. The project will deliver 19,319 sqm of gross floor area on a 2,570 sqm site.
The scheme also provides 652 sqm of ground floor retail and one basement level. The application was assessed as State Significant Development, reflecting its scale and housing delivery under the Housing Diversity SEPP.
