The State Significant Development application covers a 1.85-hectare site and includes three shop-top housing buildings and an eight-storey co-living/Build-to-Rent building. The scheme also features a full-line supermarket and retail premises, along with public domain improvements.
The proposal nominates 7.5% of residential floor space, or approximately 50 dwellings, as affordable housing. The overall gross floor area is 62,900 square metres, with a floor space ratio of 3.4:1.
