TOGA Lodges $400m Five Dock Mixed-Use Application

A $400 million mixed-use development at 51-55 Parramatta Road, Five Dock, is now on exhibition, proposing up to 674 dwellings across four buildings with a maximum height of 28 storeys.

The State Significant Development application covers a 1.85-hectare site and includes three shop-top housing buildings and an eight-storey co-living/Build-to-Rent building. The scheme also features a full-line supermarket and retail premises, along with public domain improvements.

The proposal nominates 7.5% of residential floor space, or approximately 50 dwellings, as affordable housing. The overall gross floor area is 62,900 square metres, with a floor space ratio of 3.4:1.

The application is being assessed under the HDA Housing pathway. The proponent is TOGA Five Dock No 2 Pty Limited.
