150 Apartments Proposed in Castlecrag Towers Plan

A State Significant Development application for a mixed-use project at 100 Edinburgh Road, Castlecrag is now on public exhibition. Edinburgh Group Investments Pty Ltd is seeking approval for two residential towers of up to 13 storeys, delivering 150 apartments and ground floor retail.

The proposal includes a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with 10 dwellings to be provided as affordable housing for 15 years. The design features a four-storey podium, five levels of basement parking for 376 cars, rooftop communal open space, and over 1,200sqm of public open space.

Assessed as a State Significant Development under the Housing SEPP, the application is open for public comment until 4 May 2026.
